Kindly forward this to Restaurant Houston Steak and Cote Levees located in Rosemere, QC. I was at Houston's Steak house in Rosemere on Saturday April 15, 2006 and was never so disgusted with a restaurant in all my life and I am often in restaurants due to my line of business. My friend took at the suggestion of the waitress, the so called potato soup........SOUP it was a bowl of garnished mashed potatoes. The skin of the baked potato was burnt (obviously reheated)and the presentation was dull. At the price that was charged for this roast been plate I could have gone to Outbacks and had a fresher and more plentiful plate. I had the chicken wrap which was so/so and the fries were horrendous. Most importantly, upon arrival we requested 2 coffees immediately and it was quite obvious that the pot had been sitting there for a number of hours. The coffee tasted reheated. The least the waitress could have done was advise us up front that it would take a few minutes for the coffee because she would make a fresh pot. Obviously, your staff needs extensive training. When clients come in and the first thing they ask for is coffee before ordering their food it's obvious that they are coffee drinkers and know their coffee. It may have been late afternoon but that is no excuse for the horrendous food.
